Oracle ออก CRM On Demand Release 10 ซึ่งพัฒนามาจาก Siebel CRM application

ประกอบด้วย solution หลายอย่าง เช่น Sales Automation,Marketing Automation,
Analytics/Business Intelligence,Customer Service และContact Center
โดย Oracle ได้ซื้อ Siebel บริษัท CRM ชื่อดัง ด้วยมูลค่า 5.8 พันล้านเหรียญ เมื่อไม่นานมานี้เอง
Oracle ยังอ้างว่า solution เหล่านี้จะช่วยให้ลูกค้า implement CRM เร็วขึ้น และเสียค่าใช้จ่าย 70 เหรียญต่อ ผู้ใช้ 1 คนเท่านั้น
